What it does

Professor Turtle generates practice questions aligned with the Singapore school syllabus from Primary 1 through Secondary 4. Students choose their level, subject, topic, and question format. Questions are structured around official Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board (SEAB) mark schemes.

When a student submits an open-ended answer, the app grades the response with a numerical score, highlights strengths, identifies missing points, and provides a model answer with an explanation. Students can follow up by chatting directly with the tutor to clarify why points were awarded or missed.

The system also processes handwritten schoolwork. Students can photograph or upload handwritten English or Chinese compositions, comprehension exercises, or open-ended science questions. It also accepts external worksheets, assessment book pages, and PDFs. For longer tests, users can submit multi-page scripts up to 20 pages with a verification step before grading begins. Uploaded handwriting images are processed for text extraction and are not retained on the server.
